I’m considering working with teams within companies to help them get some of the same awesome benefits that my one-on-one and workshop clients get.
Before I design the system to do so though, I want to make sure I understand the different problems that companies and teams are experiencing.
I’m doing informational interviews with people in charge of personnel development within companies (near or far at this point, although full-disclosure: I will probably only roll this out to STL companies) to determine what needs and gaps they are seeing. These interviews ARE NOT SALES CALLS – I’m simply trying to understand the landscape before diving in.
