
Getting over yourself – overcoming your biggest obstacle
Here we go – another January and another set of New Year’s resolutions that will be discarded by Spring.
Do you ever get sick of the cycle of setting goals, struggling to make them happen, and eventually watching them fall by the wayside of life?
You aren’t alone! So many people struggle to achieve their goals and resolutions. Sometimes it’s because of distraction, or maybe it’s the negative self-talk going on in your head, or the fear of failing that inevitably causes you to fail. And it can be really challenging to change; nobody ever gave you the manual for ‘how to change your life’, and so you are left to figure it out on your own. It sucks, but that doesn’t have to stop you from making this year different.
I’ve been there – broken resolutions, unfulfilled goals, and a bucket of disappointment with myself for messing up ‘yet again’. That’s why I decided to figure out a better way, and I found one! Using a proven-to-work framework that was developed by psychologists who work with people like you and me every day. This workshop is an opportunity for you to learn, and use, that framework so that you can finally get the results you want.
First thing, before you buy tickets to this workshop, I want you to decide if you are ready to finally stop giving up on your New Year’s resolutions, your goals, and your dreams. If the answer is yes then you already realize that in order to get different results this time around you’ll have to try things you’ve never tried before.
