Meditation is important.
This is a short post with some advice, which I normally shy away from.
Meditate – do it. Simple, right?
Pick a form of meditation that sounds good to you. Try it for a few minutes a day, every day, for thirty days straight.
Why meditate?
Because science shows that it helps innumerable aspects of your life.
It is FREE. You can do it anywhere. It makes you feel good.
Personal practice
Everybody is different, and there is no single meditation practice that works for every person.
If you, like me, struggle to ‘clear your mind’ when meditating, then I personally recommend doing the Wim Hof breathing method as a meditation.
I also like guided meditations from Headspace as a way to get out of my comfort zone.
