How needing to be right damages your relationships

We all seem to be built with a desire to be ‘right’. And, if you aren’t intentional, that need to be right will eventually damage many of your relationships. It looks like advice giving, like ‘teaching’, like debating, or occasionally like arguing. Thankfully – when you are aware and intentional, you can step away from your natural need to be right and instead focus on being present. This helps to create the relationships you’ve always wanted.
