    Much like behaviors that we want to change, the stories we tell about ourselves are a vital piece of the puzzle for creating meaningful change in our lives.

    These stories served a really important purpose in your life at some point, but they might not serve you so well any longer. Using the NAIL framework that we already talked about (Notice, Accept, Investigate, Let Go) can be a meaningful way to let go of those stories so that you can step into the person you are ready to become.
