    Often times, because we default to fixing problems, we fail to take the time to really sit with our problems. However, what you often find when you do take the time to be curious about your problems is that the thing you first identified as a ‘problem’ isn’t actually what’s causing you pain. Maybe you find that your problem isn’t really a problem at all, but just some discomfort due to your current stage of development. Slowing down when you feel the need to fix is the first step to noticing whether or not you actually have a problem at all.
