What is a ‘chat’?

  • It’s a group call where you are invited to do some meaningful work on yourself with the help of a guide.
  • It’s short enough that you can attend and still have time to eat on your lunch break. Only 30 minutes for each chat.
  • It’s free and open to the public – invite your friends!
  • It’s casual. This isn’t a full-blown workshop and it’s not a coaching session. Instead, it’s a time for awesome people to keep working towards being their best selves in a fun environment.

RSVP to one or more chats by using the form below. To learn more about each chat, scroll below the form for descriptions.

Chat descriptions:

  • February 11th – 12pm – How to start creating change.
    • Learn the one skill that makes the biggest difference in creating change. You’ll get a chance to start practicing it immediately.
  • February 26th – 12pm – Craft a plan for change.
    • Design a plan that helps you feel confident in your growth and development but is also adaptable enough to be useful for whatever life throws at you.
  • March 9th – 12pm – Take action that works.
    • Step into action with a framework that gives you an easy, sustainable, and repeatable shift in your behaviors.
  • March 25th – 12pm – Use reflection to build momentum.
    • Unlock the ‘learning mindset’ by building meaningful reflection into your change process. This chat is all about one form of reflection to do that.
  • April 7th – 1pm – Crafting better relationships with others.
    • We are, whether by choice or not, social creatures. Since relationships are going to be a part of your life, why not make them better?
  • April 20th – 12pm – How to be a better listener.
    • Interacting with others requires listening. The better listening you do, the better your relationships are AND the better your life becomes.
  • May 7th – 12pm – Step out of conflict and into joy.
    • Face it – sometimes your life feels like it’s harder than it’s supposed to be. Why is there so much tension and conflict? More importantly: how can you create more joy in your daily life?

 

What to expect:

These will be fun, casual, and helpful zoom calls that are designed to help you help yourself. Show up with a pen and paper, and I promise you’ll get some meaningful tools for where you are at in life.
